6 Months Contract Accountant (up To $3800)

Job Description
- Handle production vendors AP invoices, vendors statement of accounts review and reconciliation for month-end close
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
- Handle employee expense report review & journals upload into accounting system
- Handle month-end accrual entries and GL account reconciliation
- Handle payment cycles
- Handle weekly cash forecast
- Ensuring the completion and accuracy of all financial reporting while being in compliance with the local tax/audit regulatory reporting
- Ensure monthly bank reconciliation for the cashbook balances
- Prepare and provide accounting schedules and GST returns
- Assist with other adhoc projects
- Diploma and above
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Analytical and meticulous
