Description
Clinical Education * Manage departmental calendars, ensuring all events and activities are accurately scheduled and communicated.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of educational materials, presentations, and training resources.
- Handle documentation and maintain records related to clinical education programs
- Provide administrative support to Country Nursing Head for meeting planning, document preparation, etc.
- Assist with assigned tasks within timeline
- Participate in committees and perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
- Diploma or above
- 3-5 years of administration support experience
- Experience in supporting any education is preferred
- Attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office
