Jobscope:
- Support the team in events planning (Internal and external) in areas not restricted to budgeting, activities planning, equipment planning, venue and etc.
- Ensure paperwork are submitted on time, requisition are processed and payment are made.
- Brochure management, ensure brochures are organized in an orderly manner and are up to date.
- Onsite support for events ensuring necessary materials is available on display
- Liaise with agency/ vendor for booth set up and design of communication materials
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure arrival of machine.
- Secretarial support for the Head of Sales and Service (MED) in areas not restricted to claims, travel, accommodation, report consolidation, minutes taking and tabulation of report when necessary
- Min Degree with marketing intern experience
- Able to start work immediately
