Provides excellent customer service to all patients and doctors.
Ensure that telephone curtesy and timeliness of picking up calls are compiled.
Performs efficient and accurate patient registration.
Ensures billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed.
Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
Performs proper documentation of forms.
Assist with reports generation and checking.
Other assignments as and when required.
