Description

This position is responsible for reviewing and ensure timely/ accurate monthly accounting close for assigned SG legal entities. She/he also handles on-time statutory audit account filing and support tax filing as necessary, as well as, support audit and tax queries. She is the expert on local GAAP and tax laws to support timely and accurate statutory submissions.

She/he is the key liaison between market Finance and GFS Towers on matters pertaining to SARCoE, P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed asset, bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions. She/he will provide support for RM&C/ self-assessment/ corporate audits and MAPP for Singapore entities under MBC.

She/he also handles purchase requisitions and administrative needs for Finance department; and helps to deal with any other matters that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.

• Handle KPMG audit and internal audits queries
• Ensure control and accounting compliance
• Support MAPP Compliance
• Act as the main laison for SARCoE and KPMG on local Statutory audit matters and coordination
• Support on annual tax submission, queries and Transfer Pricing Documentation as required
• Act as the main laison with GFS Towers on P2P, O2C, R2R and ICO etc.
• Work with Towers to review accruals and BSR
• Performer for Finance SAP PC controls
• Act as Finance AMEX administrator and contact
• Suuport Finance administration as needed
• Adhoc projects

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
• Demonstrated knowledge on US and Local GAAP
