End to End TA recruitment for permanent and contract positions
Contract management for renewal or replacement.
Able to handle multiple critical positions openings at the same time and prioritize work for urgent tasks.
Utilized various recruitment channel and creative in finding resources to achieve cost saving.
Actively engage talents in the relevant market and Build talent pipeline for Hard-to-fill positions
Consolidate internship period across SEA countries and come out the best timeline for Ecolab to embark into employer branding and recruit interns from Universities and Polytechnic for most of departments.
Work with TA associates within SEA and contribute ideas for employer branding.
Execute on SG recruitment fairs and internship recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent,
At Least 3-4 years in end to end recruitment experience in engineering field
experience in internship recruitment and network with universities and polytechnics
Preferable TA/HR candidate from chemical or engineering industry
Knowledge in Workday HR system will be added advantage.
Hybrid working model: 2 days WFH
Able to travel to Tuas (company transport provided to Tuas at appointed MRT location)
