Job Description

This is a B2B telemarketing role that reports into the Sales Manager from the Singapore Team and will support them on reaching out to the leads and converting them into potential clients.

Client Details

French Multinational Company in the Utilities industry with a wide global reach. The office is located close to Macpherson MRT and the role can mainly be worked on remotely.

The environment in the company is very lively, with a newly renovated and well equipped office space.

Description

This role mainly revolves around the conversion of leads into clients.

From a given pool of leads, candidates are expected to make a minimum number of phone calls in a day - these calls have to then be logged into the system.

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls
• Email campaign to potential customers
• Following up on leads
• Qualify the lead and sending of quotations/commercial offer to the customers.

Profile

• Any experience in telemarketing is a plus point
• Should you be without experience, we are looking for a confident communicator,
• Who is comfortable making cold calls.
• A driven and resilient individual with keen interest in meeting sales targets

Job Offer

• Potential for a full time position should performance meet expectations
• Completion bonus at the end of the 6 months contract based on performance
• Company is located in Ubi, near Macpherson MRT station but the individual will be able to work on this role remotely
• Exposure in a French MNC
