Summary:
This position allows you to gain and in-depth knowledge of back office processes through working on complex customer issues and with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
Job Scope:
- Responsible in providing prompt support to our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates
- Handle outbound calls on Corporate Internet Banking enquiries to ask them to activate/reprovision their digital token
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Minimum A levels/ Diploma
- Commit Duration: 3 months with a possibility of extension to 6 months
- Commit Working hours: Mon - Fri, normal working hours
- Training: 2 weeks training will be provided
