Validate that all documents are updated and recorded as per ISO 45001:2018 requirements xe2x80xa2 Validate ISO 45001:2018 compliance at ActiveSG Sport Centres and document findings for learning and improvement xe2x80xa2 Oversee the review and digitalisation of ISO forms xe2x80xa2 Conduct a review of improvements on Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) incidents and if necessary, recommend any other improvements xe2x80xa2 Review risk assessment plans to comply with the WSH Act xe2x80xa2 Prepare PowerPoint on sharing and learning on safety for stakeholders xe2x80xa2 Collate data and conduct trend analysis on incident and summons/warning letters etc xe2x80xa2 Introduce, review, and revise quality standards and specifications for safe operations, focusing on regulatory requirements for fire safety, water rides safety, and water quality xe2x80xa2 Validate that Sport Centres, programmes and major events comply with regulatory standards and safety policies xe2x80xa2 Organise training needs analysis and recommend safety trainings for SportSG staff and stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) ActiveSG Committee and Senior Management meetings xe2x80xa2 Implement work improvement teams in ActiveSG xe2x80xa2 Coordinate safety initiatives and campaigns such as the World Day for Health and Safety at Work event xe2x80xa2 Manage data collection and analysis for safety initiatives and quality assurance projectsWhat we are looking for:Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and a champion for organizational transformation through data. The ideal candidate should possess the following: xe2x80xa2 University Degree with at least 2 years of experience preferably in safety management or sports xe2x80xa2 Preferably a registered MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer and/or SCDF Fire Safety Manager and/or BCA Ride Manager xe2x80xa2 Experience in project management and event organisation xe2x80xa2 Strong knowledge of local safety requirements, risk management and investigation skills. xe2x80xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and Excel xe2x80xa2 Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
