Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Roles and Responsibilities: a) Volunteer Recruitment and Management \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows (e.g., Via MSF satellite festivals and school booths). \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining and updating volunteer records in VMS. b) Event Management & Training Support \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising volunteers during major sporting events, offering guidance and support as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate logistics & training support for all Team Nila key events (e.g. TN Sport Day, TN Quarterly Training Weekends, TN Leadership Sessions and TN Mass Rally). c) Team Nila 10th Anniversary \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in planning and executing TN 10YA celebrations starting from October 2024, including logistics, scheduling, and coordinating with several volunteer committees.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any general tertiary qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in volunteer management \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge of statistical or data analysis software \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Project management, organisation and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in planning and financial management \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Good engagement and communication skills Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
