Established Manufacturing MNC$105 PER DAY WITH CPF AND FULL BENEFITSPAID PHCHEAP CANTEEN FOOD N DRINKSTemporary Accounts Staff (3 to 6 months)Qualification\xc2\xb7 Nitec/LCCI Diploma or Diploma in AccountingExperience & Skills RequiredMaintain Local Accounts Payable invoices, check, and match PO with invoices. Ensure that the selected cost centre & category is correct. * Cast the GL code by calibre & cost centre on each invoice, Input it to SAP.

• Prepare a Checklist & scan invoices to the shops for indirect material stock preparation. Raise Journal entries for indirect material stock.
• Prepare consumption reports by each shop & forecast on indirect materials
• Prepare Slow moving stock reports
• Liaise with production PIC & vendors in regard to invoices disputes or problems.
• Update of existing and new vendors / customer details to submit to Finance for approval.
• Raise monthly journals for accrual, medical and freight charges.
• Two-way checking for AX system (Production breakdown report vs Shop details report.
• Half-yearly stocktake
• Annual 100% Fixed assets check.
• Internal control and other ad-hoc tasks.
