Business Function Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the 24 alr Workbench LV Testing application, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to understand application requirements and design effective test strategies Identify and document test cases, including edge cases and boundary conditions, to ensure the application's robustness and reliability Automate repetitive test scenarios to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts Analyze test results, report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the testing process Contribute to the overall risk management strategy by identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the applicationRequirements Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including but not limited to unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or similar Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including application architecture and design specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with risk management principles and their application in the software testing domainApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements. test
