Job Description

Develops and implement new product introductions including product training, marketing material development
Develop strategic plans for key product development for Surgical business lines including the resource allocation process to develop sales and marketing programs
Support the market planning process including brand forecasts, competitive analysis, market research, pricing analysis, design and execution of customer surveys
Create new Business opportunities through breakthrough insights and execution support and working closely with market research team.
Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of all anterior/posterior segment procedures and related surgical products
Execution of campaigns and follow up.

Requirements:

Degree and above
Excellent written and verbal skills
5 years of relevant experiences in medical devices
Experience in Ophthalmic is a plus
Proficient in Salesforce/Pitcher application is an advantage.
Resourceful and diligent in seeing through projects.
Ability to work independently with good self-discipline.

Salary ranges from $7000- $10000 with attractive benefits
