Accountant * Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon " Fri 8:30am to 5.30pm) * Working Location: Near Redhill MRT * Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 Responsibilities * In charge of full set of accou Accountant Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon ' Fri 8:30am to 5.30pm) Working Location: Near Redhill MRT Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 Responsibilities In charge of full set of accounts and supervise finance team Check the workflow of AP & AR Responsible for prompt follow up on collection of accounts receivables Prepare & review accounting journals, monthly schedules & monthly reconciliations Perform monthly financial analysis of PL & BS In-charge of monthly stock-take Perform regular fixed assets physical count & tagging Prepare & review GST reporting Extract and reconcile intercompany figures Prepare audit schedules & liaise with auditors and tax agents Prepare financial statements Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements : Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Prior experience in SAGE 300/ACCPAC would be advantageous Prior experience in retail or trading company
