Manage the time-line of the MCQ bank implementation

Work with subject matter experts (SME), instructional designers and other stakeholders to develop the MCQ bank

Categorize and enter the MCQs into the Learning Management System (LMS)

Manage the UAT (User Acceptane Testing) process

Troubleshoot issues after the UAT, revise design and ensure smooth running of the system

Define user roles and assign roles based on the different level of learners

Maintain accurate records, analyze and prepare data to gauge effectiveness of the system

Monitor progress of learners

Create user and admin guide

Other adhoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements:
