Job Description
Summary:
- Monday - Friday (Hybrid, 2-3days work from home)
- 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Office Workplace: Woodlands
- Event Workplace: Expo / Suntec City
- Commitment Period: 6-9 months
- Will oversee day-to-day event operations, manage timelines, liaise with clients and vendors, conduct event briefings, execute plans.
- Coordinate and hands on in the events and meetings set-up, in accordance to clients\' requirement
- Manage pre-event preparation and provide on-the-day support as required by clients
- Coordination and liaision between global team, local team and world chef congress team
- Liaise with world chef congress (event in Oct), chef\'s regional activities (more of follow up and tracking with the regional markets)
- Any other event related project management, execution etc
- Proficiency in event planning and management
- Strong verbal communication skills and love speaking to crowds
- Outgoing, people-oriented positive attitude, and great customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
