Job Description


Strong analytical and organizational skills. High business data literacy. Design and build reports providing transparency and clarity that supports the company to meet its financial goals. Utilizing the available resources and latest technology to both automate and simplify processes in creating reports. Drive analytical insights ensuring the company maximises its full potential.

Task Scope

  • Provide support to ECCO Asia Pacific (EAP) and its sales markets in their transition to use the new Common Data Platform (CDP)
  • Help coordinate HQ/Regional project initiatives and its rollout to sales markets
  • Help in establishing a standardized reporting structure across the region
  • Assist in creating customized reports when necessary to fit sales market’s needs
  • Provide Analytical Assessments and Insights
  • Support all business units and functions within the region when it comes to reporting needs
  • Ability to train and upskill fellow colleagues within the region and sales markets to improve their data analytics skills when needed

Within the Task scope the associate is expected to coordinate and execute tasks allocated from the Commercial Manager and Senior A&I Manager to work promptly towards deadlines and to a high degree of accuracy & efficiency.

The associate is expected to have a high level understanding of the Task Scope and business processes within the company, providing a source of expertise to both the regional department and sales markets.

The associate is expected to be proficient in data analysis, business integration and report generation (Power BI). Have the ability to gather, consolidate, structure, analyse and communicate large amounts of data into useful reports and presentations.

The associate is expected to hold themselves to a high standard when working and act as a department ambassador during overseas assignments and when dealing with stakeholders.

The associate is expected to bring a ‘think outside the box’, ‘can do’ attitude in handling obstacles & problems. Needs to possess strong presentation, written and verbal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

The associate is expected to work as a team player within the department supporting colleagues where necessary ensuring all department deadlines/objectives are met timely, and to a high standard. Additionally, create SOPs and documentations for all projects and improvements made.

Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline relating to Business and Supply Chain
  • Business Analyst or Data Analyst experience under S&OP, Supply Chain, Finance and Merchandising is preferred. Has experience and familiarity in report generation, presentation and analysis.
  • Proficient in working with Power BI.
