Manage full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Work closely with company to understand recruitment needs

Conduct Interviews & use test assessments tools to profile & select potential candidates

Hire & drive expansion for the company

Be experimenting & creative in expanding the company’s presence & outreach to develop a talent pipeline for the organisation’s growth

Facilitate digital prospecting of candidates via social networks such as Facebook and Instagram

Provide career counselling as and where necessary

Job Requirements
