A&C Technical Sales Manager

As a A&C Technical Sales Manager for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring execution of A&C regional sales strategy for assigned area, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for systems and services in a profitable way for Marine Systems business line. Reporting to Head of Sales, LBL Marine Systems, you will be leading the business growth for pilot family products by defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies specifically aimed at developing into markets, segments, or other strategic areas not currently defined. This position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for A&C solution in AMEA region (exclusive China) in sales development and driving sales growth
  • Leading and contributing to identification, development and capturing of opportunities to build up the business for the offering
  • Providing market intelligence analyses in support of identification and development of new markets, segments or solutions
  • Leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for A&C solutions
  • Coordinating with the global product group for technical solutions and engineering efforts
  • Working with the supply chain for pricing strategy of 3rd party components
  • Participating in customer meetings, site surveys and other activities required for successful sales closure
  • Verifying the technical proposal is complete and according to the customer requirement. This will include design, deviation list, control architecture and target price
Your background
  • Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering
  • More than 5 years of proven sales and tendering experience in the field of marine, offshore & shipbuilding industries
  • Strong sales-oriented personality, with customer centricity mindset
  • Skilled in developing technical concepts and package with system integration with organization product portfolio
  • Excellent knowledge for automation & digitalization, electric propulsion system, for marine or offshore industry
