Full time Academic Coach

Job Responsibilities

Responsible in teaching a small group size class
Planning and developing of teaching resources
Marking of assignments
Coaching and mentoring students through individualised teaching method
Effectively manage students in the classroom
Managing students\xe2\x80\x99 portfolio and academic evaluation
Establishing rapport with both students and parents, and communicating with parents on students\xe2\x80\x99 academic progress

Job Requirements

A recognised related degree is preferred
Great interpersonal skills
Passionate about coaching and teaching
Able to articulate concepts and ideas both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
Strong work ethics
A strong innate desire to motivate, nurture and inspire students to maximise their potential
Candidates with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience (for added advantage)
Able to work on weekends
