Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee a structured study plan aligned with US college pathways.
Coach the student in writing, critical thinking, reading skills, and overall academic discipline.
Guide enrichment activities, personal projects, and early college-prep milestones.
Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust learning plans.
Encourage confidence, independent learning, and effective study habits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
;
Master's preferred
.
Educated in the USA
or strong understanding of US education systems and college preparation.
Experience mentoring students or supporting academic development.
Familiarity with AP/IB pathways or US extracurricular expectations.
Strong communication skills, patient, organised, and able to engage teenagers.
