Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance
Prepare and submit results and attendance reports accurately and on time.
Maintain assessment records and post?class documentation; follow up with trainers on missing items.
Scan, file, and archive records to ensure documentation compliance.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Academic, Operations and Training teams to meet compliance standards.
Collect daily class dismissal proofs for records.
Send monthly compliance updates to channel partners.
Performance Tracking
Track trainers' performance scores and share feedback with trainers.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including weekly/monthly trainee competency results.
Support & Ad?Hoc Tasks
Provide operational support to the team when needed.
Handle other compliance?related duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail with ability to manage documentation and compliance tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience in academic operations or training coordination preferred but not essential.
