Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provision and De-provision IT systems access to users in accordance with the joiner and leaver process within the agreed KPI.
- Provide support in advisory capacity to IT Support teams, access approvers and audit teams.
- Liaise with System Administrators and Business Owners to understand role composition and profile management of systems including any segregation of duties.
- Participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control.
- Ensure all access controls and processes are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
- Support the UAT testing on administration module to ensure new applications are on-onboarded efficiently, role profiles are appropriate and maintained and that general operation of the solution is monitored and maintained.
Job Requirements
- Recognized university degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Banking and Finance or equivalent
- Good system knowledge relating to workflow, SNOW and access control.
- Basic knowledge in desktop computing, access control and Microsoft Office products.
- Individual interested in technology security and compliance
- Work closely with Internal Audit, to align plans and strategy
- Must maintain a strong understanding of access control policies/procedures, vendor onboarding processes and access management resources.
- Review request – Task System and the e-workflow tool.
