Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall financial compliance and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Learn and use accounting software
  • Support with the timely and accurate closing of monthly financial accounts, comprising Account Payables, Account Receivable and General Ledger function and preparation of audit schedules
  • Bank Reconciliation and monitoring of AR AP aging.
  • Review and exercise Credit control for customers.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg. Excel and Word
  • Clear understanding of accounting standard and practices
  • Able to communicate in written and verbal for English and Chinese.
  • Organised, meticulous and detailed.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed for junior position.
