POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL/PART-TIME POSITION
Job Scope:
Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
Record and update Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments (AP).
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
Reconcile AR/AP accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with AR aging reports and month-end closing activities.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 years of accounting/book-keeping experience (AR/AP).
Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
