  • Generate Purchase Order to suppliers and arrange delivery
  • Generate Quotation, invoice and Deliver Note to customer
  • Manage inventory listing and responsible for Quarterly stock-taking
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
  • Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Candidate will act as a Basic Accounting for this job position
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative support and coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
