& Requirements
Part-Time Account & Office Assistant Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Accounts Payable - Key in supplier Invoices and Process Payments
  • Accounts Receivable - Check payment received
  • Reconciliation - Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Other administrative /Adhoc job assign by director
  • maintain office cleanliness
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Detailed and accurate
  • Good attitude & willing to learn
  • Comfortable to work alone
  • 3-4 days / week
  • $10 per hour
  • Flexible timing
