What You'll Be Doing

Record and process all incoming and outgoing payments promptly and accurately. Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date cash book records. Manage petty cash, ensuring timely reviews and reimbursements. Verify staff claims and handle reimbursement processing. Prepare vendor payment documents and ensure proper authorization. Assist in preparing monthly journal entries and account schedules. Support the accounting team in handling the full set of accounts. Undertake additional accounting or administrative duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification. Meticulous attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics will be advantageous.
