Account Assistant [5 Days/ Paya Lebar]

Job Description
Working Days: Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm
Working Location: Paya Lebar Road, Guang Building, Singapore 409032
& Requirements
- Prepare cash flow planning and manage day to day cash flow activities
- Maintain General Ledger accounts and prepare Journal entries for month end closing
- Do Monthly Bank reconcilation statement
- Prepare payment and receipts vouchers, Cheques, Giro and remittance .
- Petty cash Disbursement
- Prepare SOA and follow up paymetn with customers and suppliers
- Assist on Annual Grand inventory and Audit Schedules
- Liaise with Bank for forex, and bank transactions
