Position: Account Assistant
Salary: $1500 onwards (depends on salary)
Working hours : 8:30am - 6:15pm
Working days: 5 working days
Transport pick up point: Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris
Job Details:
- Incharge of AP Matters
- Verify and match AP invoices with purchase orders, delivery orders and goods receipt note
- Communicate and liaison with internal departments and/ or external vendors on invoice
- Peparing Giro/ Bank transfers payment and issurance of cheques
- Check, update and post cash and bank transactions in the system
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Backup for other accounts payable coordinator when on leave
- Maintain proper filling and documentation
- Carry out adhor accounting tasks as assigned
