Job Description

Account Payable (AP) Assistant
Working location : Benoi Road (2 mins walk from Joo Koon mrt)
Working days : 5.5 days
Working hours : 9am - 6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat)
Salary: $2,700-$3,500
Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of accounts payable functions.
• Process supplier invoices (including checking to supporting documents) and payments to suppliers timely
• Monitor AP ageing and perform suppliers' statement of account reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Proper maintenance of documentation and filing.
• Assist in month-end closing and audits.
• Perform any other duties to be assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Computer literate must have Basic knowledge (word, excel)
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years' experience in the same field.
