This permanent Account Assistant / Admin Assistant role is based in Tuas with
transport provided from Joo Koon MRT
. You'll work a five-day week from 9.00am to 6.00pm and receive a competitive basic salary with
performance bonuses
. The position combines administrative and accounting support within the building and construction sector.
What You'll Be Doing
Create quotations, simple design concepts, and work schedules
Coordinate projects and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Handle general office administration to support daily operations
Issue invoices, record payments, and manage basic billing activities
Verify and process petty cash claims from staff
Support the Head of Department with assigned duties
Take on other tasks delegated by management
What We're Looking For
A diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area
Two to three years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
