Job Description
Account Assistant (AR/AP)
- Location: International Business Park (Near Jurong East MRT)
- Salary: $2,200 - $2,800 (depends on exp)
- Working days: 5 days, 9am - 6pm
- Prepare payment/ allocation/sending pending ops allocation weekly list
- Rentals & other staff claims booking & payment.
- All other vendors\' payments & allocation
- Validating /distributing of voucher workflow & filing all the vouchers/admin invoices properly
- Accrual & prepayment excel file reconciliation monthly
- Cost control: negotiate cheaper & reliable admin suppliers
- Admin contracts: safe keeping/ filling
- Bank guarantees renewal & applications
- Vendors\' invoices posting
- Monthly intercompany transactions include netting, reconciliation
- other jobs assign by manager relating to finance topics
