:Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable (AR)\xc2\xb7 Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.\xc2\xb7 Monitor customer accounts to track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and answer queries.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of collections, adjustments, and reconciliations for AR accounts.\xc2\xb7 Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly AR reports for management.Accounts Payable (AP)\xc2\xb7 Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to purchase orders and agreements.\xc2\xb7 Review and verify invoices, matching them with purchase orders and packing lists.\xc2\xb7 Schedule and prepare payments to suppliers and vendors within agreed terms.\xc2\xb7 Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to supplier inquiries.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a comprehensive filing system for AP documentation, ensuring easy access and audit compliance.General Accounting Support\xc2\xb7 Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely submission of relevant financial data.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and resolve payment-related issues.\xc2\xb7 Provide support during internal and external audits as needed.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.RequirementsRequirement:\xc2\xb7 Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable, ideally within a marine, logistics, or related industry.\xc2\xb7 Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.\xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills for managing customer and vendor interactions.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Clarence KhohR1552376
