Work hours:0830 hrs - 1715 hrs (Mon -Thurs)0830 hrs - 1645 hrs (Fri)Company transport is provided at Jurong East MRT.Accounts Assistant (Up to $3.2k)

• Receive and match vendors invoices to purchase orders and delivery order
• Issue cheques , prepare GIRO and telegraphic transfer through e-banking
• Verify that transactions comply with Company policies and procedures and are approved by authorized parties
• Prepare AP month end closing journal
• Assist AR month end closing
• Preparation of AP GST submission
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
• Attentive to details and accuracy
• Experience in accounting system

Accounts Executive (Up to $3.6k)

• AP, AR monthly closing and handle full sets of Accounts
• Prepare journals & data entry
• Timely closing of month-end & year-end accounts
• Preparation of accounts schedules
• Preparation and submission of GST returns quarterly
• Assisting in variance analysis, budgeting, management reporting and inventory management
• Preparation of financial statements for statutory and tax reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks
• Preparation of monthly management report
• Other ad hoc administrative work assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, ACCA
• Minimum 4 years working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Attentive to details and accuracy
• Knowledge of FRS
• Experience in AS400 accounting system is a advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, develop reporting accounting issues and recommend improvement
