Roles & Responsibilities



Review and process daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Review and process daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Prepare and issue payments to vendors in a timely manner. Support the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in financial records. Assist with the monthly account closing process and prepare month-end journal entries. Maintain precise financial records and documentation, including AP, AR, journal entries, and general ledger (GL). Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department as needed. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide required documentation and assistance during both internal and external audits. Handle GST filings and submission. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements



Minimum of 3-year relevant working experience in accounting or finance (Retail industry) Familiar with quick book Capable of work independently and managing task with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative with the ability to meet tight deadlines * Excellent technical, organizational and problem-solving skills. A team player with a strong analytical capability.
