No Charges will be incurred by Candidates for any service rendered.Accounts AssistantLocation : Loyang Industrial Park [ Company bus provided at Tampines East MRT]Working days : 5 days Mon -Fri, once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)Working hours : 9am - 6.15pmSalary: $2000 - $ 2800Core Responsibilities

• Record daily and monthly Sales Journal, Trade Debtors, Purchase Journal and Trade Creditors.
• Update of Debtor List to send out monthly Statement of Accounts
• Prepare payment for verified invoices.
• Update of Petty Cash claims for approval.
• Arrangement of courier of documents or cheque payments to suppliers.
• Daily and weekly checking and report foreign exchange rate.
• Scanning of documents and other assigned admin tasks

Requirements/ other info

• Minimum Diploma in Accounts or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
