Job Description
OVERVIEWYou will be engaged in sales activities as an agent, working with suppliers in Japan and clients in Southeast Asia. Your main responsibilities will include supporting sales team and contact with sellers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting order processing and communication via email with wholesale companies in Japan
- Managing pop-up event planning and advertising support
- Addressing issues related to defective products
- No travel required for client visits
- Capability to handle emails and phone calls in English for communication with clients
- Experience in advertising is preferred
- Ability to proactively support the sales team
