Account Assistant
Salary: $2, 200 - $2, 800
Working Days: 5 days , 8;30am - 5;15pm
Location: Kwong Min Road (Boon Lay)
Job Responsibilities:
- On time issuance of invoice to customer
- AR collections, to ensure adherence to customer terms and aging, maintaining a relationship with customers to optimize collections, and ensuring DSO is in line with budget
- Working closely with commercial team to ensure the follow up for outstanding invoices
- Daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities for AR, Bank and GL functions. (eg: weekly & monthly closing, applying cash, issue manual/oracle debit & credit note, etc.)
- AR management (collections, credit control) to ensure adherence to terms and aging; working with customer accounting teams to ensure prompt recurrent payments; holistic AR & credit management process
- Preparing for monthly doubtful debt provision calculation
- Compliance - Preparation & validation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annually schedules, and control checks to ensure compliance with corporate requirements
- Ad-hoc as required
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA
- Partial set of accounting
