Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts and incoming payment in compliance with AR policies and procedures
  • Process customer accounts\' creation, credit application and maintenance
  • Attend the weekly Sales & Finance meeting to follow up for customer payment status, discrepancies and disputes to expedite collection
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
  • Perform adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • Familiar with Account Receivables
  • Meticuluos and attention to details
  • Able to work in a team
  • Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Office Location: Pasir Panjang
