Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an Account Assistant to perform daily AP transactions and work pass application.
What Will You Do
- To perform daily AP transactions including checking invoices, data entry and posting.
- To prepare suppliers payment.
- To investigate and solve invoices dispute.
- To handle petty cash claims.
- To assist in warehouse stock take reconciliation and create new items card in inventory.
- To assist in work pass application.
- To maintain good quality of documents filing.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
- Must have at least a CAT or LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Having knowledge in Navision Accounting Software will be added advantage. (Training will be provided).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
