Responsible for maintaining the full sets of accounts, from purchase, sales, and cash journals to the general ledgers and management reports.
Preparing GST reports,CPF, monthly payroll schedules, and any other reports required by the CFO and/or the authorities before the due dates.
Daily payment to supplier, staff and other expense.
Cover some other secretary roles, admin, and ad-hoc duties as at when requires.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of working experience
Basic knowledge of GST rules and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft office as Excel and Word.
* Proficient in Accounting Software such as QuickBooks etc.
