Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities The Accounts Assistant assists the Accountant in head office for all finance-related operation.

Job Requirement:-

  • Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration or euqivalant
  • Proactive,Committed and a team player
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Minimum 2 Years experience
  • 5.5 days working week (alternate saturday)
  • Working Hour (1st and 4 th week 8.30am-5.30pm , 2nd & 3rd week 8.30am-6.15pm)
:-
  • Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare calculation of GST every month and submite GST Three month once
  • Prepare Payment Voucher every month
  • Prepare end month & end year closing
  • Handle every month bank reconcillation
  • Responsible for Invoice and Delivery Order
  • Assist in filling and other administrative works
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Prepare and Calculate Staff Payroll
  • Prepare payment to Local Supplier and Oversea Supplier
  • Handle CPF submission
  • Prepare staff IR8A
  • Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned
