Job Description


Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables
  • Maintain daily bank balance
  • Update teams on fund receiving
  • Record payment received from Partners to ERP software
  • Generate and send out SOA to Partners
  • Actively follow up on due payment with Partners via calls and emails
  • Create Partner account in ERP Software
  • AR Reconciliation
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Prepare expenses claim on behalf of management
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned (e.g.: completing Partner/Vendor form requested by Salesperson)
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Ms Office
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivables
