& Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
  • Perform Bank reconciliations
  • Daily updating of cashbook and monitor cashflow
  • Reconciliation of statement of accounts from vendors against system records
  • Assist in monthly closing and quarterly GST
  • Handling payment vouchers, payments, bank statements and month-end closing
  • Handle Loan Submission (Hire Purchase)
. Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by superior.
  • Perform filling and general administrative tasks

Requirements
  • Min Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 3 year experience in accounting
  • Good working attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to multi-task & work independentlly
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word . Effective team-player with positive attitude
