Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Assist with daily bookkeeping duties and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Accounts Support: Provide general support to the finance department, handling data entry, filing, and documentation.
• System Management: Utilize accounting software to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure month-end timelines and reporting standards are met.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Must possess a Diploma in Accounting or a professional equivalent.
• Experience:

• Candidates with 1 year of experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role are preferred.
• Fresh graduates holding a relevant Diploma in Accounting are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is mandatory.
