\xc2\xb7 Perform month-end closing activities; \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate financial records and statements; \xc2\xb7 Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system using double-entry accounting; \xc2\xb7 Receive payments and ensure collections are posted to customer accounts; \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation, statement of accounts and record collection status of customers; \xc2\xb7 Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheque payment and monthly supplier reconciliation; \xc2\xb7 Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes; \xc2\xb7 Process payroll transactions into the organization\xe2\x80\x99s accounting system; \xc2\xb7 Enter accurate data into the accounting system; \xc2\xb7 Use relevant Infocomm technology systems and tools effectively for data analysis; \xc2\xb7 Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management\xe2\x80\x99s use; \xc2\xb7 Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system; \xc2\xb7 Do Bank Reconciliation; \xc2\xb7 Prepare annual audit report; \xc2\xb7 Monitor Daily Cash Flow. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Nitec in Finance/Accounting or a related field; \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills; \xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure; \xc2\xb7 Well-organized with a keen eye for detail; \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently or in a team-based environment and meet deadlines with minimum supervision; \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems. Experience: \xc2\xb7 At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,200.00 - $2,300.00 per month Schedule:
