:
- Create and maintain customer master for FYC and CA under SAP AR Module
- Process in Incoming payments (matching of customers remittance to SAP receivable)
- Manual matching of customer DN for returns to FYC credit note
- Issue manual tax invoice ,debit note and credit note for non-trade items
- Manual record of D/O for non-stock chargeable items or delivery of scrap items
- Prepare credit release request upon account block for creating new sales order
- Prepare list of open invoices to customers for the checking of payment status
- Call customer (Local) for status of invoices and payment date and follow-up by email
- Email to customer (Oversea) for status of invoices and payment date
- Reconcile statement of accounts with customer
- Clearing of unmatched transactions
- Follow-up on accounts with sales team and customers if necessary (Debtors meeting)
- Prepare monthly incoming cash forecast
- Process SAP's monthly closing step for AR
- Preparation of monthly reporting package, ORM and KPI presentation for AR
- Prepare Sales report by customer grouping and intercompany sales
- Review customer statement and Generate Dunning letters
- Prepare debtors aging summary and initiate debtors' meeting with sales team. Preparation of Minutes for the meeting
- Revise credit limit report for review of credit limit half yearly
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on Accounts Receivable & General Ledger function
- Others Ac-hoc project
