Account Assistant/Executive X 5 - FF1

• Work Location: Clementi
• Work Day: 5 days
• Working Hour: 8.30am - 6pm
• Basic $2400 - $4000
• VB

RESPONSIBILITIES:Account Assistant:

• Handling of accounts payable and accounts receivables
• Timely and accurately matching of Accounts Receivables payments and updating of customer accounts
• Preparation of daily reports and generating of sales invoices
• Handling general ledger entries
• Reconcile invoices and Accounts Payable payments
• Assisting and preparing year end audit schedule
• Including all others admin and general accounting duties

Account Executive:

• Maintain full set of accounts
• Prepare timely financial and management reports
• Manage cashflow planning and projection
• Handling and preparation of GST reporting, submission and filling
• Assist in preparing management reports
• Liaise with auditors and banks for related matters
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned
• Experienced in handling accounts in Malaysia entities as need to submit PCB, EIS, EPF and help employees in Malaysia to submit income tax
