Asia Pacific Superyachts (APS) is the leading Superyacht agency in the Asia and Pacific region. We are looking for for Account cum Admin Executive to join our company.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties and clerical support including data entry in our accounting system
- Manage day-to-day office operations timely and efficiently
- Prepare invoice and quotation
- Filling and basic accounts-related duties
- Handling inquiries by email, inbound/outbound call and related duties.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Must be fluent in English (write and speak)
- Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office.
- Fast learner, meticulous, independent, organised and good initiative.
- Possess good numerical and communication skills
